HAARP - E.L.F. Mayhem Against America
HAARP - Heavenly Music or Humanity's Requiem: Recently a book called "Angel's Don't Play This HAARP," by Jeane Manning and Dr. Nick Begich, became available. The authors claim in this book that an experiment now being conducted in Alaska, named HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), can:
1). Disrupt human mental process;
2). Jam all global communications systems;
3). Change weather patterns over large areas;
4). Interfere with wildlife migration patterns;
5). Negatively affect health;
6). Impact the earth's upper atmosphere.
At first blush, one would believe this was a far-out book by "amateur science-fiction writers," but upon an examination of the claims on the back cover with the strange weather patterns in recent years, and with knowledge of "Weather, and Environmental Modification Treaties," one should at least check the claims of the book out.
There is enough information, already available to fill two manila folders; and Jeane Manning is an experienced magazine journalist, reporter, and researcher, author of "The Coming Energy Revolution," and co-author of "Suppressed Inventions and Other Discoveries," published by Auckland Institute of Technology Press. Dr. Nick Begich is the eldest son of the late U.S. Congressman from Alaska, and holds a doctorate in traditional medicine.
First we must consider: WHAT IS HAARP? "Deep in a stunted spruce forest in the middle of Alaska the U.S. military has built an antenna that will be able to control the upper atmosphere (if it is not already doing it) with an energy beam. This may should like a pot-boiling Cold War novel, but Project HAARP...is a reality. Deliberately sited under the aurora borealis, the atmospheric glow known as the northern lights, HAARP will be able, say its designers, to communicate with submarines, remotely sense underground structures as tunnels or oil deposits, prolong life of satellites, boost radar; the list seems endless. Local protest groups accuse the military of mucking around with the environment and maintain that it is a dangerous attempt to control both the weather and the minds of U.S. citizens. HAARP is an ionospheric heater, and while there are others in the world, this is the biggest...By beaming powerful shortwave radiation into the ionosphere, HAARP heats up a patch of this charged plasma, changing its properties and moving it about...The Navy ran into great resistance when it tried to build an antenna to broadcast these waves on land... because people worried about the biological effects. One answer was to create a virtual antenna in the sky. High above HAARP, in the Arctic sky, glistens the aurora borealis." (London Daily Telegraph, 1/31/96)
"HAARP is an array of dipole antennas that send a focused GW beam to the ionospheric layer for mostly nefarious purposes. The Air Force likes to point to defensive uses of HAARP...but Manning and Begich cite patents held by HAARP contractors that indicate the site would be far more useful as a large-scale beam weapon and a long-distance-signals intelligence platform." "The program is called HAARP...When finished, it will consist of 360 72-foot antennas in the town of Gakona, northeast of Anchorage. It will transmit a beam of high-frequency energy into the ionosphere, 35 miles to 500 miles above the earth, to heat and test the ionosphere as a way to improve military communications...But the strongest note of skepticism is sounded by a small group of American physicists, some of whom have aired complaints in scientific journals such as 'Physics and Society.' These physicists fear HAARP may not be simply the benign science experiment advocates described, but possibly phase one of a secret U.S. military program that could be seeking ways to blow other countries space-craft out of the sky or disrupt communications over large portions of the planet. The critics allege HAARP could be, in the words of New Jersey physicist Richard Williams, a consultant to the David Sarnoff Laboratory in Princeton, 'an irresponsible act of global vandalism.'" "Fried Sky?: Speaking of fantastic schemes: The Pentagon wants to fire intense radio energy into the upper atmosphere over Alaska. The secretive Pentagon project is called 'High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,' or HAARP, Mark Farmer reports in the September issue of 'Popular Science.' HAARP's goal is to use radio transmitters to inject 'high-frequency radio energy into the ionosphere to create huge, extremely low frequency virtual antennas' in the atmosphere that would act like upside-down radar: They could 'see' miles beneath the earth, even at sites thousands of miles away. So what? Well, for one thing, the device might be used to detect secret underground laboratories: such as buried nuclear weapons labs in Iraq. HAARP might also detect incoming cruise missiles. It may even 'destroy ballistic missiles by overheating their electronic guidance systems as they fly through (the) powerful radio-energy field,' says Farmer. Most bizarre of all, experts speculate, HAARP may be used to heat specific parts of the atmosphere thousands of miles away. In theory, the heat could trigger droughts or storms that would benefit U.S. military operations. Is HAARP non-sense? Or will it be the weapon of choice in future wars? Environmentalists have already expressed concerns about HAARP's potential adverse impact on the upper atmosphere. I don't know if their concerns are valid, but common sense dictates that we should proceed cautiously when messing with a realm as delicate and mysterious as the upper air. According to a "Rocky Mountain News," item on the best-kept secrets by the government, HAARP was number nine on the list. Environmentalists are gravely concerned about how air-conditioning chemicals, or flatulent cows, are affecting the ozone, yet only a few scientists have expressed alarm about how HAARP may affect earth's gravitational field, weather patterns, or even human mental processes. If HAARP is to form a Star-Wars protective shield against missiles, this would explain why Congress suddenly abandoned the expensive Star Wars projects of the Reagan administration. Could a scientific weather-war explain the great drought, or other judgments, prophesied for the coming Tribulation?
Weather patterns that affect the United States originate in Alaska and northwest Canada, the regions where HAARP operates. In the last few years there have been many freakish weather patterns, but it would appear the weather this past year has been more freaky than usual. Here in West Texas we have experienced both the coldest and warmest weather on record in the current winter. So far, at this writing, we have had only .1 inch of rain in January through March, the driest months on record. Hundreds of thousands of acres of ranch-land has burned in the last three months alone. Anchorage had the driest winter on record until, in February, three feet of snow was dumped on the city within a few hours. While as far as we know there is no definite proof of a HAARP connection, there are strong suspicions that experiments are being conducted in Russia and the United States on weather control.
There appears to be considerable concern among many citizens of Alaska: "Halt Testing, study HAARP ...We must insist that the government immediately halt testing at the HAARP facility in Gakona until there is an adequate environmental study of this clandestine operation...Enough testing has been done to know that ELFs can unknowingly and invisibly affect the brain wave patterns and cause people to become very agitated, or worse. It also has the power to wipe out global communications and change weather patterns...Time is of the essence. This has the potential to harmfully affect every one of us." Proceed cautiously on HAARP...To our scientists in Fairbanks involved in this product, the word is, 'Move forward with caution.'...The ionosphere is...a 'flowing river' of electricity. It is probable that during antenna array gain, power levels of about 1.1 billion watts can be achieved...Supply this energy with a 'down conductor,' an antenna array, during this period of time and, theoretically, you will vaporize the entire antenna array...HAARP will be firing at potentially dangerous power levels in March." "Although the latest James Bond Film, 'Golden Eye,' is fiction, it is based on cold war fact...The Test Ban Treaty of 1962 stopped all nuclear testing above ground, but now, 25 years after Christofilo's death, the HAARP project is keeping his ideas alive...This technology puts energy into the ionosphere but is much more subtle and controllable. The preceding excerpts from letters to the editors are a few of many indicating an attitude of caution-to-alarm regarding HAARP.
THE TESLA CONNECTION: From pages 154-155 of "Angels Don't Play This HAARP," we find a statement by one of America's outstanding inventors, Dr. Patrick Flanagan, that in the future "ionospheric heater" electronic methods would be implemented to treat people. Dr. Flanagan developed the human-to-computer interface, the Neurophone. Keep in mind that the fears held for the HAARP project is mind and weather control. In March 1986 there was an article written about "Weather and Mind Control," ("Prophetic Observer," of the Southwest Radio Church) Following are excerpts from that article (keep in mind this was written ten years ago): "Two things men have imagined to do that have not, as yet, become a reality are the control of the weather (controlling the weather and the environment which has already become a fact) and the mass control of the minds of others. However, there have been continuing work in these areas by scientists in Russia and the United States. For example, we quote from an article that appeared by columnist Jack Anderson on July 31, 1985: 'Can the human mind be short-circuited or even destroyed by extreme low-frequency radio waves? Preposterous as such an idea may seem, scientists on both sides of the Iron Curtain have been conducting secret studies on the subject. And though it bears the acronym ELF, there's nothing pixie like about the possible effect of Extremely Low-Frequency transmissions. Reputable scientists say they could be developed into yet another grisly weapon of mass destruction. The Navy is installing more than fifty miles of underground antenna in Wisconsin and Michigan to beam extremely low frequency messages to our submarines deep under the oceans...The ELF transmissions, the Navy maintains, are not of a level harmful to humans and animals. Fro years ELF research suffered under the cloud of parapsychology, into which it was lumped with such cockamamie concepts as time-war machines and inter-continental-mind-reading. Unfortunately for the human race, there's nothing silly about the potential effects of very low-level electromagnetic radiation on the nervous system. Ironically, the Soviets conducted the pioneer research in electromagnetic radiation back in the 1930s in hopes of giving scientific respectability to the notion of mental telepathy...But brain researchers in this country and elsewhere now acknowledge that those early Soviet scientists; like Columbus looking for India and stumbling across the New World, were the first to realize that very low-level radiation could have profound effects on the human organism, and frightening military uses. American researchers have told us that within ten or fifteen years scientists on both sides may learn how to interfere with the electrical impulses of the human brain by means of long-distance transmission of electromagnetic radiation. THIS INTERFERENCE COULD EXTEND TO SWITCHING OFF THE BRAINS VITAL FUNCTIONS: THAT IS, KILLING THE TARGETED VICTIMS. In fact, the Navy once funded a project called ELF and Mind Control, to determine whether ELF signals could upset individuals' brain functions to bring o hypertension or sudden death. The project was killed by a high-level Navy official when he found it in his budget; not because it was too horrifying, but because it smacked of psychic research, which he opposed. The Soviets may already have tested some such device against American personnel. From 1959 to 1978, mysterious micro-wave radiation was beamed at the U.S. embassy in Moscow. Official reports concluded that the Soviets may have been trying 'mind control' or 'electronic induction of illness.'"
ELF experiments have also been conducted in weather control. All such ELF projects in weather and mind control are credited to the scientific theories and experiments of Nikola Tesla, a Yugoslavian immigrant, who became a U.S. citizen in 1889. Concerning Dr. Tesla, we quote from the April 1985 edition of "Popular Communications," titled "Tesla, A Bizarre Genius.": "The world of science is belatedly recognizing the genius of one of its most important, eccentric, and enigmatic inventors, Nikola Tesla. A century after he arrived penniless on the docks of New York City, Tesla is receiving credit for brilliant achievements that outdid those of his contemporaries, Edison and Marconi. And more than forty years after the recluse died in a Manhattan hotel room...he is being elevated to the pantheon of the world's great inventors. It was Nikola Tesla, not Marconi, who invented the first radio; it was Tesla, not Edison, who devised the system of electric power distribution now used throughout the world.
Working in small laboratories in mid-town Manhattan and Greenwich Village, Tesla invented the polyphase electric motor, the bladeless steam turbine, and the radio-guided torpedo. Some scientists say it was Tesla who conceived idea for a 'Star Wars' type of military shield in space. To help analyze and publicize the accomplishments of the reclusive genius, a group of scientists and engineers have formed the Tesla Centennial Committee and recently held a symposium, organized a museum exhibition, and persuaded the governor of Colorado to dedicate the month of August to Tesla. 'He helped spawn the industrial revolution,' says Toby Grotz, chairman of the Tesla Centennial Committee and an engineer at Martin Marietta Aerospace in Denver. 'It couldn't have happened without him. He came from a period when a single individual could still change the course of history.'...The proceedings of the symposium will be published by the New York-based Institute of Electrical Engineers, the world's largest such society...
In 1884 (Tesla)...went to work for Thomas Alva Edison. But the two quickly parted ways after a dispute over an invention...Edison backed direct current as the perfect electrical source of the future, and the two men fought a heated battle over the best system. It went down in science history as the 'war of the currents,' a contest Tesla won...The Centennial Committee says he went on to do much more than just spark the age of electricity; envisioning and inventing a dazzling array of futuristic devices...In 1943 the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Marconi's patent because they found it had been preceded by Tesla's practical achievements in radio transmission. Another example is radar signals that can be reflected back from solid objects. As early as 1900, members of the Centennial Committee note, Tesla suggested that these wavelengths could be used for locating ships at sea...With a picket-size vibrator, he once told reporters, he could generate resonant tremors that would split the earth in two. He gave its resonant frequency as one hour and forty-nine minutes. Whatever the plausibility of his earth-splitting scheme, the rather precise estimate of the earth's frequency turned out to be close to the mark, as was demonstrated during the great Chilean earthquake of 1960, when geophysicists were able to measure the time it took waves to travel back and forth through the earth...In a paper entitled 'Star Wars Now!' Thomas E. Bearden, a retired nuclear engineer and Army war games analyst, noted what he said were a number of designs for making weapons based on Tesla's more exotic ideas. The hypothetical devices included what he termed a Tesla howitzer and a Tesla shield that could allegedly stop Soviet missiles." (Quoted from the New York Times, 1995)
The preceding article from the "New York Times" also reported Tesla's experiments in Colorado in producing lightning relating to weather control. The music, art, literature, or scientific theorems proposed by many geniuses are often not appreciated by contemporaries because they are hundreds of years ahead of their time.
Such seemed to be the case with Tesla as only in the past decade have scientists become interested in his experiments and inventions to any great degree. Over seven hundred of Tesla's patents are on record at the U.S. Patent Office in Washington, D.C., but Tesla is now being heralded as the father of mind control, weather control, and the "Star Wars" program.
In December 1974, Howard Benedict of the Associated Press in Washington filed a report on the subject of weather warfare entitled "The Weather - As a Secret Weapon?": "Last October, the Soviet Union introduced a resolution in the United Nations asking the Geneva disarmament conference to outlaw weather research for military purposes. The Soviet ambassador, Mr. Jacob Malik, said scientists had concluded that a future weather weapons arsenal might even include the ability to create 'acoustic fields on the sea and ocean surface to combat individual ships or whole flotillas.'...Russia has a known VLF station at Riga and a suspected on at the South Pole location of Vostok...It cannot fail to impress the reader that the draft treaty presented to the August 1975 Geneva Conference on international disarmament by delegates from both the United States and the U.S.S.R. contained the ban of nineteen man-made weather catastrophes. SPECIFICALLY, THEY INCLUDED THE TRIGGERING OF AVALANCHES AND LANDSLIDES; AWAKENING VOLCANOES AND CAUSING EARTHQUAKES; GUIDING HURRICANES OR CYCLONES TO STRATEGIC TARGETS; MELTING ICE CAPS TO FLOOD NEARBY COASTAL STATES; CHANGING DIRECTIONS OF RIVERS; GENERATING FOG, HAIL, AND RAIN; AND DELIBERATELY DESTROYING PORTIONS OF THE EARTHS OZONE SHIELD."
As we have already noted, the Russians have not only experimented with Nikola Tesla's discoveries in controlling weather by low frequency electrical emissions, but the Kremlin has also used ELF in mind control. One must wonder if such methods may not be used to bring all the world to one mind to accept a One World Government?
ELECTRONIC MIND CONTROL: The Russian mind-altering apparatus is called the "Woodpecker," and quoting from the April 1984 edition of "Popular Communications": "Five years ago, Ira Einhorn, writing in 'CoEvolution Quarterly,' noted the exact synchronicity between the Woodpecker's shortwave pulses and naturally occurring alpha brainwave frequencies. In his article, 'A Disturbing Communiquι,' Einhorn advanced the opinion that the Russians were engaged in a sinister 'mind control' experiment of Orwellian dimensions. He traced the design of the Woodpecker transmitter to sketches found in the notebooks of the electrical engineering genius, Nikola Tesla. There is new evidence that Einhorn was right. According to an AP report, Dr. Ross Adey, chief of research at the Pettis Memorial Veterans Hospital in Loma Linda, California, has obtained from Soviet colleagues a mini-Woodpecker transmitter known as the 'Lida.' Operating on a frequency of 40 MHZ, the mini-Woodpecker 'bombards brains with low frequency radio waves,' and is being used experimentally by the Russians as 'a replacement for tranquilizers and their unwanted side effects.'...The pulsed radio waves 'stimulate the brain's own electromagnetic current and produce a trance-like state.' Adey has obtained a copy of the Russian-language manual describing use of the mini-Woodpecker. The manual says it is a 'distant pulse treatment apparatus' for psychological problems including sleeplessness, hypertension, and neurotic disturbances.' Adey is in fact aware of the controversy surrounding the shortwave Woodpecker. The AP report concludes: 'The lida may have been the forerunner of a device that is presently bombarding Europe and the United States with very powerful waves.'"
According to Howard Benedict of the Associated Press in Washington, Dr. Gordon McDonald of Dartmouth College, an internationally known geophysicists and astrophysicist, "outlined a concept in which enhanced electrical oscillations in the earth's atmosphere might be used to impair human brains...He said research indicates that weak oscillating electrical fields con influence the brain causing small but measurable reduction in a person's performance...Lightning research has shown that it might be possible to control lightning to create such low frequency oscillations in the ionosphere."
The book "Trance Formation of America: Through Mind Control," by Cathy O'Brien with Mark Phillips, published by Global Trance Formation Info LTD., P.O. Box 158352, Nashville, Tennessee 37215; proves conclusively that the CIA and other government agencies have perfected "Mind-Control," through drugs and other medical procedures.
Therefore, we are faced with the reality, that there exists the capability to use low frequency signal stations on earth, or satellites in space, to create mass mental confusion, control the minds of men as well as the weather and environment. Responsible scientists have reported that it has been used in the past, and will be used to a greater degree in the future. HAARP is a Pentagon sponsored radio physics project, officially intended to expand knowledge about the nature of long‑range radio communications and surveillance using the fluctuating Ionosphere (the portion of the upper atmosphere extending from 35 to 500 miles above the earth's surface).
According to John L. Heckscher of Philips Laboratory at Hanscom Air Force Base, potential military applications of the HAARP research include developing Department of Defense technology for detecting cruise missiles and communicating with submarines. "Although HAARP is being managed by the Air Force and the Navy it is purely a scientific facility that poses no threat to potential adversaries and has no value as a military target," he says. But thats just the publicly announced part. The HAARP also has a secret agenda, pursuing more exotic military goals, such as locating deeply buried weapons factories thousands of miles away, and even altering local weather conditions above the enemy's territory.
A 1990 internal document obtained by Popular Science says the programs over‑ all goal is to "control ionosphere processes in such a way as to greatly improve the performance of military command, control, and communications systems." It provides a description of the following applications: Injecting high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere to create huge, extremely low frequency (ELF) virtual antennas used for earth penetrating tomography ‑ peering deep beneath the surface of the ground by collecting and analyzing reflected ELF waves beamed down from above. Heating regions of the lower and upper ionosphere to form virtual "lenses" and "mirrors" that can reflect a broad range of radio frequencies far over the horizon to detect stealth cruise missiles and aircraft. (The electrons temperature range between ‑130° F to 302° F which extend across four layers from 35 to 500 miles in altitude. Heating the ionosphere means exciting the electrons. The HAARP is expected to raise electron temperatures by 40° F.) Generating ELF radio waves in the ionosphere to communicate across large distances with deeply submerged submarines.
Patent documents filed during an earlier research effort that evolved into the HAARP program outline further military applications of ionospheric‑heating technology: Creating a "full global shield" that would destroy ballistic missiles by overheating their electronic guidance systems as they fly through a powerful radio energy field. Distinguishing nuclear warheads from decoys by sensing their elemental composition. Manipulating local weather conditions.
A more powerful version of the HAARP could create a global shield that would encompass the earth, any missile or warhead passing through the shield would explode.
Shocking new details of the U.S. Governments High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) ELF transmitters in Gakona, Alaska have come to light. This highly dangerous system poses a grave threat tot he physical safety, mental stability, and freedom of every American.
MYSTERIOUS GEOMAGNETIC ANOMALIES HIT WESTERN STATES: Sudden, widespread magnetic field anomalies in the Western States (especially California) were reported by callers to the nationally syndicated Art Bell radio show on November 30, 1995.
WEST COAST CALLERS, WHO OWNED COMPASSES, DESCRIBED A HUGE DEVIATION OF 3 TO 10 DEGREES OFF, FROM THE NORMAL LOCATION OF MAGNETIC NORTH. Similar reports came in from Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Idaho. Many of these observations came from people who worked in very technical positions. Another caller later confirmed a magnetic change at an airport.
On his December 2, 1995 broadcast, Art Bell described a communication (related to these magnetic anomalies) sent by Australian researcher Stan Deyo (who has been looking into satellite thermal imagery). He stated: In light of the unofficial reports of magnetic field anomalies in California two days ago...I do continue to get pilot reports saying, it occurred. For four days, I have been watching three tremendous thermal changes grow in size off the coast of Nicaragua, the Guatemala-Mexican border, and Baja-California; up to San Francisco.
HAARP can produce the type of anomalies that Deyo described, as heated portions of the Earth...It will be relative heat, compared to the heat surrounding it, which is how the imaging shows up. A pilot called the same show to report his own experience: Im a 747 pilot. About three weeks ago, I was flying between New York, up-over Canada to Anchorage, Alaska...THE AIRPLANE HAD THREE AUTOPILOTS. AND THE PLANE WENT INTO A SLOW ROLL TO THE LEFT, AND WE WERE RUNNING THE AIRPLANE ON THREE INS UNITS, ALL CONNECTED THE AUTOPILOT. TRIED B AUTOPILOT; SAME THING. TRIED C AUTOPILOT; SAME THING. THIS LASTED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES WE WERE HAND FLYING THE AIRPLANE.
Art Bell: In other words, you had triple redundancy, and in each case, the three autopilots were being affected in a similar way? Caller: Thats correct and when youre running in the INF mode, the main compass system is oriented to true north. However, next to that is a radio-magnetic indicator, that is referenced to magnetic north...THERE WAS A CHANGE IN MAGNETIC NORTH. This occurred around Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada (which is located within a few hundred miles of the HAARP transmitter at Gakona, Alaska). We had no idea of what was going on and then later, we tried reengaging the autopilots, one by one, and they all worked fine. The rest of the flight into Anchorage was uneventful.
A few days after that Art Bell show, Glenn Hausers shortwave radio program, The World Of Radio (which carries news of shortwave; programming, monitoring and broadcasting transmission conditions) reported on powerful interference across two separate shortwave bands. The World Of Radio stated that this interference consisted of Woodpecker type signals (that were similar to the interference of the Soviet Woodpecker Tesla Magnifying ELF Transmitters), except that U.S. Ham Radio Operators had traced the source of these new Woodpecker-type signals to the HAARP transmitter in Alaska.
E.L.F. WEATHER ENGINEERING: Alterations of local magnetic fields, of the type described by callers to the Art Bell show are directly related to changes in precipitation. Swedish-born scientist Goesta Wollin, of Columbia Universitys Lamont-Doherty Geophysical Laboratory. The 3/16/87 Washington Times reported: Wollin has spent much of his career studying the long-term relationship between magnetism and Earths climate. He discovered that changes in the planets temperature reflect very closely, changes in the strength of the Earths magnetic field.
By comparing the store of magnetic data at Lamont-Doherty with weather records, Wollin discovered that within two to five days of a sudden change in the Earths magnetic field, snow would follow. Many of these same discoveries, that apply to natural magnetic changes and precipitation (or lack of precipitation), also apply to ARTIFICIAL magnetic changes, such as those engineered by the U.S. HAARP ELF transmitter in Alaska and the old Soviet Woodpecker ELF transmitters.
The HAARP system is based upon the design of physicist Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund. On September 6, 1987 National Public Radio described the Eastlund patent (Patent Number 4,686,605) which explains how the U.S. HAARP SYSTEM HAS BEEN ABLE TO RECENTLY MODIFY WEATHER PATTERNS OVER NORTH AMERICA: Dr. Eastlund stated that HIS NEW INVENTION COULD BE USED TO CHANGE THE WEATHER BY REDIRECTING THE VERY HIGH WIND PATTERNS...The invention uses an earth-based power source TO CREATE ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIO WAVES and FOCUS THEM WAY UP INTO THE ATMOSPHERE. Dr. Eastlund says the invention could STEER THE JET STREAM.
In Eastlunds 1987 patent, there are direct references to the February 1935 Liberty Magazine article about Nikola Tesla, plus references to other Tesla articles in the December 8, 1915 New York Times and September 22, 1949 New York Times. The Eastlund patent states: Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpected high altitude... WEATHER MODIFICATION IS POSSIBLE, by for example ALTERING THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE WIND PATTERNS.
The Soviet Woodpecker transmitters and the HAARP system engineer weather by creating long-standing, giant extreme low frequency (ELF) columnar wave BLOCKING SYSTEMS that divert the normal flow pattern of the jet streams. Droughts and floods are then easily created by slowing down or diverting the direction of precipitation-bearing weather fronts. These artificially-created blocking systems can prevent most rain or snow storms from reaching large geographical areas. ELF blocking patterns can also case precipitation-bearing weather systems to STAND-IN-PLACE for abnormally long periods - thus producing areas of large-scale flooding or snow.
Both the Russian Woodpecker and the U.S. HAARP system can generate such ELF weather-blocking systems or RIDGES. Last fall, such a HAARP-engineered blocking ridge was set up over the American Southwest. The 5/30/96 New York Times reported: Clearly whats happened is the establishment of a ridge, a pattern over much of the south-central United States, said a spokesman for the Southern Regional Climate Center, a federally financed research service in Baton Rouge, La. It is significantly inhibiting rainfall activity...
WEIRD WEATHER PATTERNS BEGAN IMMEDIATELY AFTER START OF WOODPECKER PULSED E.L.F. TRANSMISSIONS: The 8/28/95 Christian Science Monitor described the abnormal weather patterns that developed after July 4, 1976, when Russian Woodpecker Tesla system began transmitting ELF signals: Scientists point to A NOTICEABLE INCREASE IN CLIMATE EXTREMES (as measured by temperature, precipitation, and drought) SINCE 1976. This supports the notion that THE CLIMATE OF THE U.S. HAS BECOME MORE EXTREME IN RECENT DECADES.
Another description of the effects of ELF-giant standing wave weather blocking systems appeared in the 9/21/95 Wall Street Journal: Weather scientists confirmed that A CONSISTENT PATTERN of annual rainfall increasingly is being REPLACED BY ONE-DAY DOWNPOURS. After examining rainfall records going back to 1910, scientists found IN RECENT DECADES (since 1976) one-day bursts of heavy rains and global temperatures have increased. The trend has been particularly pronounced in the Northern Hemisphere, MOST NOTABLY IN THE U.S., THE RESEARCHERS SAID...THE INCIDENTS OF LIGHT AND MODERATE RAINFALL HAD DECLINED SHARPLY IN RECENT YEARS IN THE U.S., BUT THE NUMBER OF EXTREME OR HEAVY DOWNPOURS HAD INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY. Researcher at the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, N.C. reported that extreme precipitation events - the heavy downpours and snowfalls that are most likely to cause flooding erosion and crop damage, are on the rise...The frequency of such events has been 1.5 percent greater SINCE THE MID-1970s, than it was during the preceding 65 years. After many years of Soviet Woodpecker and recent HAARP WEATHER-ENGINEERING EFFORTS, MAJOR CLIMATIC CHANGE IS FINALLY OCCURRING IN SIBERIA. The Alexandria Journal July 21, 1995 reported: Scientists have detected an acceleration in the melting of the Arctic ice cap. The scientific journal Nature reported that a team of European scientists wrote that SIBERIA IS NOW WARMER THAN IT HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST 1,000 YEARS.
Huge icebergs are now melting in Antarctica. Time Magazine March 20, 1995: FOR THE FIRST TIME IN RECORDED HISTORY is it possible in circumnavigate Ross Island. The disintegration of the Larsen Ice Shelf seems to be the result of a RELATIVELY RECENT; and perhaps ominous, CHANGE IN ANTARCTICAS CLIMATE.
On April 12, 1996 the Alexandria Journal described a huge eight foot rise in the level of the Caspian Sea during the past 18 years, a period beginning only two years after the Soviet Woodpecker system began transmission. The eastern Mediterranean has suddenly warmed up far below the surface and some mysterious phenomenon in the Aegean Sea is to blame, according to a team of German scientists. In an abrupt change, that oceanologists termed sensational, depths between 4,000 feet and the sea floor have just become nearly a degree Fahrenheit warmer and the Mediterranean in 1908, temperature and salinity HAD BARELY CHANGED UNTIL THE LATEST JUMP...Climatic changes on land could result. In May, 1996 The Associated Press reported that the World Meteorological Organization says that 1995 was THE HOTTEST SINCE RECORDS WERE FIRST KEPT (in 1861). The average surface temperature was 0.72 degrees higher than in the prior three decades.
HAARPs DEMONIC POWERS: The HAARP antenna array, named the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), will grow to 360 antennas. Popular Science reported that HAARPs proprietary phased-array transmitting, steering and pulsing techniques built into the IRI, will permit RAPID AIMING OF THE RADIO-FREQUENCY BEAM in any direction and at angles as low as 30 degrees above the horizon. HAARP will have 1.7 gigawatts (1.7 Billion Watts) of effective radiated power in the 2.8 to 10 MHZ frequency range and might cause LASTING DAMAGE TO EARTHS UPPER ATMOSPHERE. By comparison, the energy level is more than 3,000 times greater than the biggest commercial AM radio transmitters.
In the 440-page HAARP environmental-impact study, the U.S. Government admits the extreme grave threat that HAARP can pose. Popular Science reported that HARPS ...IRI transmissions CAN RAISE THE INTERNAL BODY TEMPERATURE OF NEARBY PEOPLE, IGNITE ROAD FLARES IN THE TRUNKS OF CARS, DETONATE AERIAL MUNITIONS THAT USE ELECTRONIC FUSES, AND SCRAMBLE AIRCRAFT COMMUNICATIONS, NAVIGATION, AND FLIGHT-CONTROL SYSTEMS.
SERIES OF RECENT AIRPLANE CRASHES MAY BE CAUSED BY E.L.F. WAVES: There is a strong possibility that HARPS ELF transmissions have zapped airplanes and MAY BE RELATED TO SOME OF THE RECENT SERIES OF MYSTERIOUS AIR CRASHES. Although the HAARP transmitters are supposed to automatically turn off when NEAR-BY aircraft approach, the ELF waves (generated by the upper atmospheric mirror reflector) HIT SITES, ACROSS NORTH AMERICA THAT ARE THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY FROM THE ALASKA HAARP IRI TRANSMITTERS.
The Newsletter of The Planetary Association for Clean Energy (P.A.C.E.) described how ELF waves CAN INTERFERE WITH AIRPLANES: In-depth testing of representative safety-of-flight critical avionics by the BOEING COMPANY has revealed that NAVIGATION and COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION UNDER ARTIFICIAL ELF MAGNETIC AND VOLTAGE FIELDS...Cathode ray tubes and magnetic flux valves (employed in Gyrosyn systems) are particular susceptible. Other critical avionics are influence at specific ELF frequencies and intensities. EVEN GROUND-BASED AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS (which use radar) CAN BECOME UNUSABLE FROM AMBIENT ELF FIELDS...IN AUTOMATIC PILOT SYSTEMS, BOTH THE AMPLIFIER AND COMPUTER MAY DEMONSTRATE PERCEPTIBLE NULL DEVIATIONS THAT ARE BOTH FREQUENCY AND INTENSITY ELF-DEPENDENT. This vulnerability is extremely hazardous where the earth-ionosphere resonant ELF standing waves undergo frequency and intensity modulation (as HARPS ionospheric mirrors transmits back to Earth), while the aircraft passes transversely through their fields. Because, in that circumstance, the autopilot mode does not ignore a confusing information from the flux mode AND LOCKS ONTO IT. Deviations can be typically 40 degrees. This is also a major concern where aircraft approach airfields located near to ELF transmitters/antennas and in the vicinity of remotely propagated ELF standing waves.
The following airplane equipment is affected by MAGNETIC ELF: Airborne Loran System, airborne weather radar systems (radar and controls); marker receiver, amplifier and computer of the automatic pilot system; flux valve.
HAARP BOILS THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE: HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an 'ionospheric heater'. (The ionosphere is the electrically‑charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40 to 600 miles above Earth's surface.)
Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super‑powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything‑living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High‑frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other US military documents put it more clearly: HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes". Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes.
Press releases and other information from the military on HAARP continually downplay what it could do. Publicity documents insist that the HAARP project is no different than other ionospheric heaters operating safely throughout the world in places such as Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Tromsψ, Norway; and the former Soviet Union. However, a 1990 government document indicates that the radio frequency (RF) power zap will drive the ionosphere to unnatural activities: "...at the highest HF powers available in the West, the instabilities commonly studied are approaching their maximum RF energy disapative capability, beyond which the plasma processes will 'run away' until the next limiting factor is reached."
If the military, in cooperation with the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, can show that this new ground‑based "Star Wars" technology is sound, they both win. The military has a relatively inexpensive defense shield and the university can brag about the most dramatic geophysical manipulation since atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. After successful testing, they would have the military megaprojects of the future and huge markets for Alaska's North Slope natural gas.
Looking at the other patents which built on the work of a Texas physicist named Bernard Eastlund, it becomes clearer how the military intends to use the HAARP transmitter. It also makes governmental denials less believable. The military knows how it intends to use this technology, and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation.
THE MILITARY SAYS THE HAARP SYSTEM COULD: Give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option by the military through at least 1986); replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology; be used to replace the over‑the‑horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system; provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military's own communications systems working; provide a wide‑area Earth‑ penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements; be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area; be used to detect incoming low‑level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete.
The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defense and to those concerned about cost‑cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in US Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield‑the ionosphere‑could be cataclysmic, according to some scientists.
Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says: "The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens."
The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen, but a Penn State science article brags about that uncertainty. Macho science? The HAARP project uses the largest energy levels yet played with, by what Begich and Manning call "the big boys with their new toys". It is an experiment on the sky, and experiments are done to find out something not already known. Independent scientists told Begich and Manning that a HAARP‑type 'skybuster' with its unforeseen effects could be an act of global vandalism.
HAARP HISTORY: The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E‑Systems in June 1994.
E‑Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world, doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. US$1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for black projects‑projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent.
E‑Systems was bought out by Raytheon which is one of the largest defense contractors in the world. In 1994 Raytheon was listed as number 42 on the "Fortune 500" list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which will be valuable in the HAARP project. Twelve patents are the backbone of the HAARP project, and are now buried among the thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon.
Bernard J. Eastlund's US Patent #4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere", was sealed for a year under a government secrecy order.
The Eastlund ionospheric heater was different: the radio frequency (RF) radiation was concentrated and focused to a point in the ionosphere. This difference throws an unprecedented amount of energy into the ionosphere. The Eastlund device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimeter, compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt.
This huge difference could lift and change the ionosphere in the ways necessary to create futuristic effects described in the patent. According to the patent, the work of Nikola Tesla in the early 1900s formed the basis of the research.
What would this technology be worth to ARCO, the owner of the patents? They could make enormous profits by beaming electrical power, without wires, from a powerhouse in the gas fields to the consumer.
For a time, HAARP researchers could not prove that this was one of the intended uses for HAARP. In April 1995, however, Begich found other patents, connected with a 'key personnel' list for APTI. Some of these new APTI patents were indeed a wireless system for sending electrical power.
Eastlund's patent said the technology can confuse or completely disrupt airplanes' and missiles' sophisticated guidance systems. Further, this ability to spray large areas of Earth with electromagnetic waves of varying frequencies, and to control changes in those waves, makes it possible to knock out communications on land or sea as well as in the air. The patent said: "Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes...
It is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world's communications are disrupted. Put another way, what is used to disrupt another's communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communication network at the same time...large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction...
WEATHER MODIFICATION IS POSSIBLE BY, FOR EXAMPLE, ALTERING UPPER ATMOSPHERE WIND PATTERNS BY CONSTRUCTING ONE OR MORE PLUMES OF ATMOSPHERIC PARTICLES WHICH WILL ACT AS A LENS OR FOCUSING DEVICE ...molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased..."
Begich found 11 other APTI patents. They told how to make "Nuclear‑sized Explosions without Radiation," power‑beaming systems, over‑the‑horizon radar, detection systems for missiles carrying nuclear warheads, electromagnetic pulses previously produced by thermonuclear weapons and other "Star Wars" tricks. This cluster of patents underlay the HAARP weapon system.
Related research by Begich and Manning uncovered bizarre schemes. For example, US Air Force documents revealed that a system had been developed for manipulating and disrupting human mental processes through pulsed radio‑frequency radiation (the stuff of HAARP) over large geographical areas. The most telling material about this technology came from writings of Zbigniew Brzezinski (former National Security Adviser to US President Carter) and J. F. MacDonald (science adviser to US President Johnson and a Professor of Geophysics at UCLA), as they wrote about use of power‑beaming transmitters for geophysical and environmental warfare. The documents showed how these effects might be caused, and the negative effects on human health and thinking.
The mental‑disruption possibilities for HAARP are the most disturbing. More than 40 pages of the book, with dozens of footnotes, chronicle the work of Harvard professors, military planners and scientists as they plan and test this use of the electromagnetic technology. For example, one of the papers describing this use was from the International Red Cross in Geneva. It even gave the frequency ranges where these effects could occur‑the same ranges which HAARP is capable of broadcasting.
The following statement was made more than 25 years ago in a book which Brzezinski wrote while a professor at Columbia University: "Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J. F. MacDonald‑specialist in problems of warfare‑says accurately‑timed, artificially‑excited electronic strokes 'could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth... In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period...' No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."
In 1966, MacDonald was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. The most profound comment he made as a geophysicist was: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy."
While yesterday's geophysicists predicted today's advances, are HAARP program managers delivering on the vision? The geophysicists recognized that adding energy to the environmental soup could have large effects. However, humankind has already added substantial amounts of electromagnetic energy into our environment without understanding what might constitute critical mass. The book by Begich and Manning raises questions. Have these additions been without effect, or is there a cumulative amount beyond which irreparable damage can be done? Is HAARP another step in a journey from which we cannot turn back? Are we about to embark on another energy experiment which unleashes another set of demons from Pandora's box?
As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked to technology. This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know‑how. Angels Don't Play This HAARP further quotes Brzezinskinut‑shaped spool of magnetic strings‑like longitude meridians (on maps). HAARP may not 'cut' these strings in Gaia's magnetic mantle, but will pulse each thread with harsh, out‑of‑harmony high frequencies. These noisy impulses will vibrate geomagnetic flux lines, sending vibrations all through the geomagnetic web.
"The image comes to mind of a spider on its web. An insect lands, and the web's vibrations alert the spider to possible prey. HAARP will be a manmade microwave finger poking at the web, sending out confusing signals, if not tearing holes in the threads.
Effects of this interference with symphonies of Gaia's geomagnetic harp are unknown, and I suspect barely thought of. Even if thought of, the intent [of HAARP] is to learn to exploit any effects, not to play in tune to global symphonies."
Among other researchers quoted is Paul Schaefer of Kansas City. His degree is in electrical engineering and he spent four years building nuclear weapons. "But most of the theories that we have been taught by scientists to believe in seem to be falling apart," he says. He talks about imbalances already caused by the industrial and atomic age, especially by radiation of large numbers of tiny, high‑ velocity particles "like very small spinning tops" into our environment. The unnatural level of motion of highly energetic particles in the atmosphere and in radiation belts surrounding Earth is the villain in the weather disruptions, according to this model which describes an Earth discharging its buildup of heat, relieving stress and regaining a balanced condition through earthquakes and volcanic action.
HAARP: PSYCHO TROPIC CONTROL TOOL OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER: HAARPS space-generated ELF waves, COMING BACK TO EARTH, can be utilized in many different ways, such as communicating with submarines or creating HARMFUL biological and mental effects upon a specifically targeted population. HAARP can also be utilized in a system of Earth-penetrating tomography, for locating hidden underground bunkers in enemy territory or the buried arms, survival supplies, and valuable coins buried by U.S. patriots and militias.
Commenting upon HARPS current tomography experiments, talk show host Art Bell stated, If the goal of that is to map things underground on the Earth, then standing upon the surface of the ground and absorbing more (electromagnetic) radiation is arguably dangerous. These ELF signals go through EVERYTHING, including the humans upon the ground above and near the sites targeted by HAARP.
The Progressive Magazine, January 1996 reported that a 1995 article Non-lethal Technology and Air power in the Air Command and Staff Colleges Air power Journal describes how so-called non-lethal psycho tropic and electromagnetic weapons will be USED AGAINST CIVILIANS: In the very near future, it will become clear that non-lethal methods have applicability across the entire spectrum of conflict, including crime, and terrorism...
In this research paper, the authors reveal for the first time, the U.S. military is developing HIGH-POWERED MICROWAVE WEAPONS FOR USE AGAINST HUMAN BEINGS (which is one of the HIDDEN GOALS of the HAARP transmitters). Such microwave weapons are almost uniquely intrusive (especially when they are Pulsed at ELF frequencies). They do not simply attack a persons body, they reach all the way into a persons mind...THEY ARE MEANT TO DISORIENT OR UPSET MENTAL STABILITY.
The Soviets aimed one of these weapons at the American Embassy in Moscow for years and caused enormous physical and emotional damage among the Americans working there. It is thus shocking to see the U.S. military now preparing, with the help of the Justice Department, to use such electromagnetic totalitarian zapping devices against American civilians.
Years before he became House Speaker, Globalist Republican, Newt Gingrich wrote the forward to an official U.S. Air Force book that described how electromagnetic weapons can be used to SUBJUGATE U.S. citizens who oppose the policies of the Federal Government. The publication titled, LOW-INTENSITY CONFLICT AND MODERN TECHNOLOGY, (Lt. Col. David J. Dean, U.S.A.F.), contained a chapter written by Capt. Paul Tyler that deals with electromagnetic, (so-called) non-lethal, and psycho tropic weapons.
BECAUSE OF STRONG SUPPORT FOR USING THE U.S. MILITARY AGAINST AMERICAN CIVILIANS (as demonstrated by recent anti-terrorist legislation), THIS AIR FORCE PUBLICATION (and its relationship to HAARP) IS VERY SIGNIFICANT. Capt. Tyler stated: The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations...Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups (as currently defined by the Clinton Administration), CROWD CONTROL...and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all cases, the electromagnetic systems would be used to produce mild to severe PHYSIOLOGICAL DISRUPTION or perceptual distortion or disorientation (psycho tropic weapons application). In addition, THE ABILITY OF INDIVIDUALS TO FUNCTION COULD BE DEGRADED TO SUCH A POINT THAT THEY WOULD BE COMBAT INEFFECTIVE. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they PROVIDE COVERAGE OVER LARGE AREAS WITH A SINGLE SYSTEM (disguised reference to HAARP).

SOVIET KGB PSYCHO TROPIC DEVICES NOW BEING USED BY CLINTON ADMINISTRATION: A vivid demonstration of how the HAARP system can be used for psycho tropic warfare and mind control appeared in the Nexus Magazine in their 12/95-1/96 issue, described a May 1995 German television program Psycho tropic Influence System (PIS) developed in the 1970s by the Soviet KGB and still used today by the Russian police against criminals: The technique utilizes hypnosis, TOGETHER WITH HIGH-FREQUENCY RADIO WAVE, and can be activated by code-words or ciphers to program people to become human weapons. The system was first made public in early 1995 during a Russian conference sponsored by Mikhail Gorbachevs Glasnost Foundation. After that, hundreds of former Soviet soldiers, police and even KGB members sued for damages, claiming they were psychological wrecks with chronic headaches and hallucinations.
According to Alexander Kutchurov, head of Russias Institute for Parapsychological Research, the psycho tropic devices render its subjects incapable of feeling sympathy. NBC: Bise has limited equipment, but other sources, SOME OF THEM CLASSIFIED, have traced the signals to transmitters in the Soviet Union. Bise stated: The signals are at the frequency at which the human body operates at. Ten hertz is right in the range of the biologic frequencies.
NBC: The implication being that extremely low frequencies like that, being absorbed by the body, by the brain, and can influence brain waves. NBC also interviewed a psychologist who had conducted a detailed examination of the relationship of electromagnetic mind control to the Soviet Woodpecker ELF signal. The New York Times on May 21, 1996 carried news of recent scientific discoveries about the effects of PULSED magnetic fields upon the human brain. Utilizing a hand held device that emits powerful fluctuating (pulsed) magnetic waves, and moving that pulsed magnet around to various positions over a subjects skull, scientists were able to cause involuntary muscle contractions, blind spots in various eyes, etc.

Another scientist interviewed said there is a super‑powerful electrical connection between the ionosphere and the par of he atmosphere where our weather comes on stage: the lower atmosphere. One manmade electrical effect‑power‑line harmonic resonance‑causes fallout of charged particles from the Van Allen (radiation) belts, and the falling ions cause ice crystals (which precipitate rain clouds).
WHAT ABOUT HAARP?: Energy blasted upward from an ionospheric heater is not much compared to the total in the ionosphere, but HAARP documents admit that thousandfold greater amounts of energy can be released in the ionosphere than injected. As with MacDonald's "key to geophysical warfare," "nonlinear" effects (described in the literature about the ionospheric heater) mean small input and large output.
Astrophysicist Adam Trombly told Manning that an acupuncture model is one way to look at the possible effect of multi‑gigawatt pulsing of the ionosphere. If HAARP hits certain points, those parts of the ionosphere could react in surprising ways.

E.L.F. ATTACK FROM THE IONOSPHERE: The New York Times on November 21, 1995 reported: Dr . Ralph Wuerker of UCLA explained that the new (HAARP) system, which was suggested by experiments in the 1980's in Norway and the Soviet Union, would use the Earths Ionosphere itself as an antenna for broadcasting ELF radio waves. The older ELF transmitters showed that when a narrow beam of high-frequency radio waves is sent up into the Ionosphere and turned on and off (pulsed) several hundred times a second, the Ionosphere ITSELF broadcasts an ELF signal that can be received in the deep oceans (or deep into the Earth) all over the world.
The newspaper confirmed that HAARP HAS ALREADY BEEN USED AGAINST TARGETS INSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Weve managed to send ELF signals from Alaska to Broton, Connecticut, Dr. Wuerker said, It took special apparatus to detect the signal, but it got there. The HAARP antennas will focus a high-frequency radio beam at a point in the Ionosphere directly above a newly utilized liquid-mercury telescope, which will look for the faint dot of light in the sky that the radio beam is expected to stimulate...
The energy in the high-frequency radio signal sent from the ground at 2.85 megahertz, that is 2.85 million cycles per second, is deposited in the Ionosphere and causes local heating, which changes the electrical conductivity of the Ionosphere at that pont. That causes a switching of the electrojet.
Electrojets are enormously powerful natural current of electricity that continuously flow around the Earths upper atmosphere and are involved in the production of the auroral light that shimmers in the darkened sky of polar regions. The telescope is dedicated to studying the aurora borealis and the Ionosphere...Users of the telescope will study the interaction of intense pulses of radio beams with the Ionosphere...
BECAUSE THIS NEW TYPE OF TELESCOPE IS SPECIFICALLY A PART OF THE HAARP PROJECT, THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF SEVERAL OTHER MERCURY TELESCOPES, LOCATED AT DISTANCES FAR AWAY FROM ALASKA, INDICATES THAT MORE SECRET HAARP-TYPE ELF TRANSMITTERS ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED NEAR THESE OTHER SITES. Such new mercury telescopes are reported to be located at or are under construction at Sunspot, New Mexico (which is operated by NASA).NASA plans to build a similar telescope at the Equator. Others are located at or are under construction at the University of Western Ontario at London, Ontario, Canada; at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and in Belgium.
THE HIDDEN AGENDA OF NASAS TETHERED-SATELLITE: The New York Times on February 26, 1996 described an accident aboard the space shuttle Columbia: A 12.8 mile tether, holding a half-ton satellite broke off unexpectedly (on February 25th) from the shuttle...The satellite was lost...The tether was almost all the way out when it broke, and along with the satellite, had been generating more than 3,000 volts of electricity...while sweeping through Earths magnetic field at 5 miles per second...The $443 million tethered system...is equipped with numerous science instruments.
An analysis of what the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) was really doing was provided by high-tech space researcher, Richard Hoagland, who appeared on the Art Bell Show on February 28, 1996: ...The tension that should have been on that line is about 24 pounds. THIS TETHER WAS MORE THAN TEN TIMES STRONGER THAN THE FORCE EXPECTED ON IT. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THING COULD HAVE BROKEN, because all the forces are known and modeled. Nothing hit the shuttle; nothing should have happened to mechanically break it. So when you look at the close-ups, (I have freeze-frames from the video), this tether looks like it had fried and pulled apart, like taffy - MEANING IT MELTED...There were numbers published by NASA. They expected about 3500 volts; they expected about half an amp; they expected about as much energy as would be used by a hair dryer, a kind of a small hair dryer at that.
We are told that this experiment was designed to demonstrate and prove and explore classical means of generating electricity. BUT IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL TO GO TO ALL THE TROUBLE OF PUTTING UP THAT COMPLEX SYSTEM TO GENERATE LESS ELECTRICITY THAN IS USED BY YOUR COMPUTER...As I read through the documentation from NASA, I found out that Dr. Noble Stone (who is the mission scientist) was reporting that during the 5 hours of unreeling the tether, they were getting very anomalous readings from both the voltages and the current in the tether...I am beginning to strongly suspect that the story we have been given by NASA - that the alleged purpose of this experiment was to generate electricity; was not so. THERE IS A HIDDEN AGENDA HERE; I THINK THE HIDDEN AGENDA IS CONNECTED TO HAARP....Let me tell you why I think NASA is not telling the truth. What is HAARP? HAARP is a 200 watt electromagnetic low frequency experiment using a set of antennas near the Arctic Circle, designed to probe and heat hundreds of watts pulsing through it, repeat, PULSING through it, YOU HAVE AN ANTENNA PULSING POWER RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE IONOSPHERE. What I think has hit NASA was that the shuttle computer had on board, a series of commands to open and close and change the power levels. This thing was NOT designed to CAPTURE electricity. It was designed to USE electricity to pulse current into the Ionosphere and measure the effect.
When one looks at the published numbers for circuit resistance - length, voltage, power generation and all of that - none of this makes sense...It would be presumptuous to predict that such an ERRATIC and UNPREDICTABLE voltage to be useful for power generation. Consideration of the cost-effectiveness of a 500 watt solar panel vs a half ton tethered satellite, clearly weigh on the side of a solar panel system. All of this signifies that ONE CAN INTERPRET THE LOSS OF THE SATELLITE, SOMEWHAT DIFFERENTLY.
MYSTERY GLOW ON SEVERED THETHER: On the March 1, 1996 Art Bell Show; which again featured the space expertise of Richard Hoagland, Bell announced that the break-away NASA satellite and its trailing 12.8 mile tether had suddenly, even on the dark side of the Earth, begun to intensely glow, like a neon sign, which was powered by SOME UNEXPECTED FORM OF ENERGY. Richard Hoagland observed: This took place in the dead black shadow, with the Earth shielding the Suns light from the satellite and tether. ONLY TREMENDOUS AMOUNTS OF ENERGY COULD HAVE PRODUCE THIS KIND OF GLOW...THIS THING IS A MAN-MADE CELESTIAL PHENOMENA, which is doing all kinds of weird, Sparky, wonders, non-normal, absolutely bizarre things and no ones talking about it in the media.
Discussing the relatively unusual size (hiding the true purpose of the NASA experiment), Hoagland stated: This satellite weighs a half ton, thats a big satellite, considering its alleged purpose. In this era of micro-electronics, they are describing four experiments, which they could do on a lap top (computer).
And the power for these tings is normally 5 to 10 watts. NASAs technology is extremely miserly when it comes to power. So we ought to realize that we have a half ton of something up there...THIS IS A SHAM. This thing no more accidentally snapped its tether than the man in the moon. WHATS REALLY HAPPENING HERE IS ANOTHER STEALTH MISSION...I think that the power (causing the glow) is coming from hyper-dimensional physics.

The NASA document described Seven Mission Objectives, including Objective #6, which is : To determine how electrical current is conducted through the near-earth plasma by measuring waves broadcast, as a tethered satellite passes over a series of ground-based...stations, as well as how the tether acts as a low frequency band antenna. Both Richard Hoagland and Radio host Art Bell exclaimed: THIS IS A DESCRIPTION OF HAARP.
Hoagland: Why are we probing the Earths most delicate and important electrified Ionospheric layer? They are starting (at low power) to get to feel their way around and then they are planning to move it up to high power to interfere, to make it work, to intervene. (THIS IS BEING DONE IN SECRECY) Why is none of this being done where we, under the Constitution, should be able to have review and critique and impute.
The NASA document states that The tethered satellite, (is) THE LONGEST ANTENNA EVER PLACED IN ORBIT. (The) BORADCAST OF RADIO SIGNALS FROM SPACE, Is the MAIN GOAL of the investigation of electromagnetic EMISSIONS for satellite experiment, the controlled press has totally SUPPRESSED these facts. (Here we have, in the NASA document, an admission that the real purpose of the breaking away of the tether, was to place an antenna into orbit).
Hoagland reported: In the NASA material that I received from Huntsville this morning, it says that among the experiments, on board the shuttle, was the TETHER OPTICAL PHENOMENA EXPERIMENT...this Tether Optical Phenomena Experiment will use a...low-light television camera, operated by the shuttle crew to provide visual data to help ANTICIPATING OPTICAL PHENOMENA, BEFORE THE MISSION. Whats so amazing is that the crew with their eyes and with this little hand-held TV camera can see a tether, which is a tenth of an inch wide, almost 100 miles away. This tether, whether its in the dark or in the sunrise, SHOULDNT BE VISIBLE AT ALL.
On NASA TV last night...NASA Ground Control, said it (the glowing tether) was much bigger and brighter THAN THEY HAD ANTICIPATED (proving additional proof that NASA was ANTICIPATING a glow and was not telling the truth about the REAL purpose of the experiment).
Hoagland continued: ...this thing was DELIBERATELY CUT LOOSE. IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT. IT WAS PLANNED. And the reason it was planned is this is how they carry out government experiments these days. You basically call them dead satellites that disappear, and then no one cares any more. The purpose of this was, by announcing it was dead, there will be no one in media that will follow the story. This means that the guys in the Air Force and the other people CAN RUN THEIR HAARP EXPERIMENT TO THEIR HEARTS CONTENT.
HAARPs USE OF NASAs E.L.F. SPACE ANTENNA: On March 6, 1996, Art Bell broadcast a follow-up show that dealt with the Governments ELF-generating satellite. Richard Hoagland stated: I want to give proper credit to the physicist, Dr. Bruce De Palma, who, when I sent him some of the NASA paper work and he started doing the calculations, he realized that if you want to generate power with a 13 mile long piece of wire, this is a very INEFFICIENT way to do it. But that it would make one very good low frequency antenna. In fact, it would be a very low frequency (ELF), Extreme Low Frequency antenna, 200 miles up more or less, AIMED STRAIGHT DOWN AS A DIPOLE, always toward the center of the Earth.
Hoagland described how the tether-satellite worked with HAARP: It is a 13 mile long tuned resonator. If you irradiate this ting, dangling in whats called the F layer of the Ionosphere (moving around the earth every 90 minutes at roughly 17,500 miles an hour); if you irradiate it from a transmitter anywhere on the earth, with the appropriate frequency, that matches the impedance and size of the antenna (which is roughly 13 to 14 kilohertz - thats the primary frequency), then this little dipole, this 13 mile long dipole, this 13 mile wire hanging straight down; WILL RADIATE LIKE CRAZY IN RESONANCE TO THAT IN COMING ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY, being beamed to it literally from any place on Earth.
Because of the low frequency, if the transmitter, lets say, was the HAARP transmitter, located in Alaska at roughly 62 degrees North and 145 degrees West, because of the trapping properties and ducting wave guide properties literally BOUNCE THEIR WAY AROUND THE CURVATURE OF THE EARTH until they cross this antenna, which then will resonate with them wondrously, and will RADIATE them in a specrical pattern STRAIGHT DOWN OVER WHATEVER IT HAPPENS TO BE PASSING OVER AT THAT MOMENT in its orbit around the earth....What happened on Sunday night was not supposed to happen. What they (NASA) have not realized is that by putting a 13 mile-long antenna between two layers of the Ionosphere and the fact that the Earth is driving a hyper-dimensional generator (that is generating enormous currents, down that wire), they have created a visible symbol of their playing about with FORCES THAT ARE BIGGER THAN ALL OF US.
The scenario I propose is that they had planned, after the day of experiments with the shuttle (where they talk about generating power and all of that stuff), they were supposed to reel the tethered satellite back into the shuttles cargo bay (basically reversing the fishing line). And I am proposing that they would have announced: Whoops, we have a problem Houston. We cant reel it back in. And Houston would have said, Well, gentlemen, you obviously have to go to Plan B - jettison the tethered satellite. They would have tossed the tethered antenna and the satellite and the wire and the tower out of the shuttles payload bay so they could close the doors and come home.
This thing would have been left there in earth orbit, with the shuttle safely on the way home. NOBODY WOULD HAVE EVEN NOTICED OR QUESTIONED THAT IN FACT, THE SATELLITE WAS NOT DEAD. It was providing its own power and it was going to perform a series of experiments, WITHOUT ANYBODY NOTICING. But something happened. And on Friday night at 7:30 Central Standard Time, as it was about to cross the Equator, precisely at sunset, somebody at the computer opened the circuit for four minutes, so that an enormous voltage (maybe 100,000; 200,000; 300,000 volts) built up in this 13 mile long wire. And it zapped over to the ground in the shuttle, frying the tether, melting it in space, causing the tether to pull apart like taffy.
A June, 1995 official government document, an executive summery title HAARP RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS, produced by the Technical Information Division Service of the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C., reveals that the amount of power that HAARP can potentially create is enormous. That government documents admits, The auroral electrodynamic circuit carries TOWARD THE EARTH point one to one million megawatts of power - THE EQUIVALENT OF 100 TO 1,000 LARGE POWER PLANTS.
Demonstrating the mammoth power potential of HAARP, the document stated: By the exploring the properties of the auroral Ionosphere as an active non-linear medium, the primary energy of the HF transmitter, which is confined in the frequency range of 2.8 to 10 megahertz CAN BE DOWN CONVERTED TO COHERENT LOW FREQUENCY WAVES SPANNING FIVE DECADES, as well as up converted to infrared invisible photons. As a result of the HAARP, it can generate sources for remote sensitive communications spanning 16 decades of frequencies.
The document shows that HAARP can generate frequencies from the super-high invisible waves to BELOW ONE HERTZ in the ELF range.
Art Bell stated: My understanding of the way HAARP works is that it is a very, very large antenna farm (I have photographs of it) that produces a very wide signal where it begins. But where it hits the Ionosphere, it becomes a highly focused, very narrow and concentrated, very powerful beam...HAARP could hit a very small spot - INCLUDING THIS ELF TETHER ANTENNA-SATELLITE NOW ORBITING THE EARTH ... A 1991 HAARP document specifically mentioned the inclusion of satellites in the expanded HAARP system.
After the space shuttle Columbia landed, NASA sent up the shuttle Endeavor. That mission also appears to have bene a secret part of HAARP. On May 20, 1996 Endeavor released a huge inflatable antenna, that seems to be designed to capture HAARP transmissions and reflect them back to earth in pinpoint zapping accuracy. The Washington Times of May 21, 1996 reported that the 46 foot wide parabolic disc antenna was supported by three inflatable struts 92 feet long. Then on May 22, 1996 The Washington Times described this as a lens-shaped antenna.

Richard Hoagland described a government memorandum that is appendage to the HAARP RESEARCH AND APPLICATION document. The memorandum was supplied in response to a Senate Defense subcommittee request for HAARP information. This memorandum, describes a June, 1995 executive summery of a secret HAARP planning conference: This report describes and documents the scientific usages and wide range of applications created by the HAARP Project. The report is based upon deliberations of scientific committees sponsored by Air Forces Phillips laboratory and the Office of Naval Research and convened by the EAST-WEST SPACE SCIENCE CENTER of the University of Maryland.
Richard Hoagland stated: What I find stunningly interesting about this committees membership is the name Roald Z. Sgdeev, who was THE CHIEF SCIENCE ADVISOR TO SOVIET PREMIER MIKHAIL GORBACHEV - and he also was HEAD OF THE SOVIET UNIONS SPACE PROGRAM. He is a PLASMA PHYSICIST. He is a CURRENT member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, he is a member of the foreign secretariat of the National Academy of Sciences. Here we have GORBACHEVS PRINCIPLE SCIENCE ADVISOR writing a document for the U.S. Senate on HAARP.
Certain far-leftist, anti-defense critics of HAARP claim that its main purpose is to serve as a weapons system for the strategic defense of the United States. Richard Hoagland ridiculed that claim stating: Let me put a stake into the heart of the military thing. If this is a military weapon, WHY ARE WE INCLUDING RUSSIANS IN ON IT. Go back to the document and read THE LIST OF RUSSIANS PARTICIPATING IN THE HAARP STEERING COMMITTEE. THIS IS A SHARED PROJECT WITH THE OTHER SUPER-POWERS ON THE PLANES.
HAARP PLANNED FOR NEW WORLD ORDER GLOBAL DICTATORSHIP: Hoagland said hat the TRUE purpose of HAARP has little to do with anything that is in this open literature. You can focus these HAARP beams (and these beams are steerable), they have 30 degree plus or minus coverage from Alaska. As the diagram in this Senate document shows, these beams have GLOBAL REACH of the facility is much bigger than one might imagine. What happens is that if you FOCUS these beams, along magnetic field lines, and you create an intense PRECIPITATION OF PARTICLES, what happens is that the charged particles that are spiraling around the magnetic field lines (that form the Van Allen Radiation Belt) ARE BASICALLY DIVERTED AND CAN BE DUMPED INTO THE ATMOSPHERE - creating in effect, Artificial Aurora.
Whats intriguing about this is that for some years, we have been considering in the literature - the U.F.O. crowd in particular - that if somebody wanted to STAGE AN EVENT, A REALLY SPECULAR EVENT, THEY WOULD NEED HIGH TECHNOLOGY TO DO IT. THIS MAKES A DANDY WAY TO STAGE AN EVENT. By creating phony UFO invaders or a Doomsday effect, such an engineered event could easily be used to dupe and terrify American citizens into surrendering their freedoms to the New World Order.
You could, with HAARP, participate the most spectacular particular dumping and artificial aurora across the entire northern tier and southern tier of the auroral zone including most of the Untied States, all of Europe, the Soviet Union.
In the October 1994 issue of Harpers Magazine was described some of the U.S. Governments new non-lethal weapons. Included in the list was INFRASOUND: Very low-frequency sound generators could be tuned to INCAPACITATE HUMANS BY CAUSING NAUSEA, VOMITING OR BOWEL SPASMS. The effect ceases as soon as the generator is turned off...
Thus, it came as no surprise when the U.S. Government announced the construction of a very-low frequency sound transmitter off the West Coast. Like the NASA tether experiment, the true purpose of this low-frequency sound system is cleverly disguised behind an innocent-sounding scientific research project.
In an article about an alleged experiment to measure global warming in the ocean, the Washington Post on November 24, 1995 described: A low-frequency sound source, installed 3,000 feet deep in the ocean, 50 miles off Half Moon Bay on the Northern California Coast...Noises could be transmitted from the loudspeakers off the California coast and picked up by receivers scattered around the rim of the North Pacific.
In the January 21st, 1996 issue of The New York Times stated: The loudspeaker sits 3,200 feet beneath the ocean surface on the side of an extinct volcano known as Pioneer Seamount. The speaker, three feet wide and five feet tall, periodically broadcasts LOW-FREQUENCY RUMBLES... During each (test) cycle, the deep loudspeaker rumbled for 20 minutes every four hours. The cycles lasted one to four days. The newspaper reported that this low-frequency sound system was planning to increase power during the winter and spring of 1996, and will be running through September.
Several U.S. high tech laboratories, currently employing a number of top Soviet scientists, are working on very low frequency acoustical weapons. The Nexus Magazine in its 10-11/ 93 issue reported that Los Alamos National Laboratory and other government-tied labs are developing high power, very low frequency weapons which can, at high power, CRUMBLE MASONRY. The location of the powerful new low-frequency generating system off the coast of California, gives the government the ability to stage ARTIFICIAL EARTHQUAKES AND ENGINEER DISASTERS, WHICH WILL SEEM IDENTICAL TO NATURAL DISASTERS - especially when these are used together with the HAARP systems ability to stage artificial celestial plasma showers. By generating a series of artificially-engineered disasters, the traitors in Washington can panic the American people into surrendering their freedoms to a U.N. New World Order dictatorship.
Several 100 foot waves, around twice the height of those usually seen during hurricanes, have occurred during Atlantic storms recently. The first were measured around 200 miles south of Nova Scotia around Halloween, 1991 and again in the same area in March and December, 1993. These are 50 per cent larger than so-called 100-year waves, so large that there is only a one percent chance of one of these in any given year.
The North Atlantic is certainly getting rougher. By the end of the 1980s (after 14 years of Woodpecker and Ionospheric heating ELF bombardment of the Earth), the average wave height was 50 percent higher than during the 1960s, while the average wind speeds remained steady. Art Bell reported that HAARP has the ability to focus an energy beam of low frequency radiation, bounce it off the Ionosphere and direct it to a battlefield or (under the Clinton Administrations all out war against Christian, gun owners, and loyal American), pinpoint an attack against patriotic meetings and militia assemblies, such an attack could be easily DISGUISED as a lightning bolt. A HAARP strike could completely disorient an enemy.
Unlike all other Ionospheric heaters which dissipates power over a wide area of the Ionosphere, HAARP concentrates enormous power, up to one hundred billion watts, in a small concise section of the Ionosphere. ONE HUNDRED BILLION WATTS OF CONCENTRATED POWER WILL HAVE A MASSIVE IMPACT UPON WEATHER PATTERNS.
A 1982 official U.S. Air Force publication FINAL REPORT ON BIOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS FOR AERONAUTICAL SYSTEMS THROUGH THE YEAR 2000" described how Radio Frequency weapons can zap the hearts and brains of human beings: The passage of approximately 100 milliamperes through the myocardium can lead to cardiac standstill and death, POINTING TO A SPEED-OF-LIGHT weapons effect...A rapidly scanning RFR system (like HAARP) could provide an effect stun or kill capability over a large area. System effectiveness will be a function of waveform, field intensity, pulse widths, repetition frequency and carrier frequency...
A very revealing article on HAARP appeared in The New York Times on November 21, 1995: Experiments by the Air Force and other organizations have shown that ELF signals beamed into the ground and returning to the surface are distorted when they encounter cabities, which one could include concealed bunkers, nuclear weapons sites, tunnels, TOTALITARIAN ENFORCEMENT FOR THE NEW WORLD ORDER CLINTON ADMINISTRATION PLAN TO CONFISCATE ALL HIDDEN BURIED STOCKS OF GUNS, AMMUNITION, SURVIVAL SUPPLIES AND HIDDEN WEALTH BURIED FOR A RAINY DAY.
For your search, you would use ELF transmitted from the sky, and you would probably need just two receivers on or near the ground. One receiver would be stationary, placed somewhere where there was no subterranean anomaly, and the other receiver would be carried in a backpack or something. If, while you walked along, your receiver detected a shift in phase from the signal reaching the stationary receiver, you would know something was under you. (Note: this description shows that HAARP is NOT for use in inspecting underground nuclear weapons or bunkers IN ENEMY TERRITORY, because of the requirement for placing receivers on the ground. However, this description offers SOLID PROOF THAT HAARP WAS PRIMARILY DESIGNED FOR USE AGAINST AMERICAN CITIZENS. Unlike hostile foreign nations, placing such ELF receivers inside the United States will be easy.
The February 1996 issue of The Canadian Intelligence Services On Target Report stated: Perhaps the most ominous aspect of the HAARP technology is the connection with the military (psycho tropic) non-lethal research with civilian law enforcement agencies. Department of Defense Directive, POLICY FOR NON-LETHAL WEAPONS, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Draft of July 21, 1994, describes how the Clinton New World Order gang will target HAARPs psycho tropic effects upon loyal Americans: The term adversary is used above in its broadest sense, including those who are not declared enemies, but THOSE WHO ARE ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES WE WISH TO STOP. This policy DOES NOT PRECLUDE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED DOMESTIC USE OF NON-LETHAL WEAPONS BY THE UNITED STATES MILITARY IN SUPPORT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT USE.
The European Parliament has strongly opposed electromagnetic zapping. It adopted a resolution titled: On Combating the Harmful Effects of Non-Ionizing Radiation. The June 7, 1995 Nexus Magazine carried part of the official resolution: According to an increasing number of epidemiological and experimental studies, EVEN SLIGHT EXPOSURE TO NON-IONIZING ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS, INCREASES THE RISKS OF CANCER, can accompanied by NERVOUS DISORDERS and disruptions of the circadian rhythms and seems capable of affecting developing organisms...the results of many in vivo and in vitro studies shows increasingly clearly that the interaction mechanisms secretions, ornithine decarboxylase activity and T-lymphocyte efficacy, testifying to the probable role of non-ionizing in promoting cancer...
Demonstrating this cancer connection, the same magazine carried a report about the effects of the huge ELF antenna in Michigan:After the antenna was switched on in 1986, the trunks of nearby aspen and red maple trees grew 50% thicker than expected and red pines grew 10% taller...Dr. Glen Mroz of Michigan Technological University says: We found that aspen, red maple and red pine grow faster when exposed to magnetic fields. Two species of trees - northern red oak and paper birch - appear to be unaffected.
Another sign of HAARPs involvement with the breakaway tethered satellite appeared in the February 25, 1996 New York Times, which revealed that the day immediately before the tether broke away from the shuttle Columbia, on February 24, NASA launched a so-called solar research satellite that will pass very close to the HAARP transmitters. The 2,800 pound probe carried 11 instruments and cost $288 million: Named Polar, it is taking a looping path, high over Earths poles to determine how solar particles affect the planet and surrounding space. Researchers want it to explore the Magnetosphere, a tear-shaped region dominated by Earths magnetic field. The magnetosphere traps solar wind, the stream of charged gas from the sun.
Anyone familiar with the patents of Dr. Bernard Eastlund, upon which HAARP is based or the official government descriptions of HAARP will immediately recognize the direct tie-in between this new NASA Polar satellite and the HAARP ELF zapping system designed to enforce a dictatorial New World Order toliatarian state.
