Dear Billing Department:
If you will check your records you will find that you had no trouble collecting the payments until you stopped sending me statements. When those stopped coming I assumed that the bill had been paid in full. And if they are sent on a timely basis I will continue to pay them otherwise I cannot.
Be aware of this one thing I WILL NOT PAY A COLLECTION AGENCY, I did not make the bill with them and I will not pay one.
So if you want the money, then send me the statements and if you do not then that is your fault and not mine.
